                                                    MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 8 ounces water • 2 scoops M’lis Chocolate MRP • Drop of peppermint extract • 4 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . • Makes 1 servings.
OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIE SHAKE
                                                                                               INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 2 scoops M’lis Vanilla MRP
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 2 tablespoons quick cooking rolled oats
DIRECTIONS:
• 1 tablespoon raisins
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon • Pinch of nutmeg
• Pinch of sea salt
   • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . • Makes 1 serving.
