                                   RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE
PROTEIN SHAKE
                                                                                                         INGREDIENTS
• 2 scoops M’lis Vanilla MRP • 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 2 tabelspoons honey
DIRECTIONS:
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries • 1/2 avocado
• 2 handfuls of ice
   • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . • Makes 2 servings.
