                             CARROT CAKE BREAKFAST BOWL
                                                                                        INGREDIENTS
• 1/3 cup rolled oats
• 2/3 cup water
• 1/4 cup finely grated shredded carrot
• 1/8 cup unsweetened raisins
• 1/8 cup toasted coconut flakes
• 1 tablespoon almond butter
• 1 scoop M’lis Vanilla MRP
DIRECTIONS:
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 tablespoon maple syrup • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
• Dash ground nutmeg
   • 24
• Mix oats water, carrots and raisins.
• Place in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
• Remove, and stir in remaining ingredients. • Top with almond milk as needed .
• Makes 1 serving
