PROTEIN PACKED PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
• 1 scoop M’lis Vanilla MRP • Half of a banana • 1 egg white • Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
• Mash banana .
• Mix everything together to form batter.
• Pour into hot pan and continue as you would making traditional pancakes. • Top with fruit, toasted nuts and a drizzle of honey or pure maple syrup.
