INGREDIENTS
• 1 scoop M’lis Vanilla MRP • 1 tabelspoon chia seeds
• 1 cup spinach
DIRECTIONS:
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1/2 frozen banana
• 1 dash of cinnamon
GREEN CHAI PROTEIN SHAKE
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . • Makes 1 serving.
CARAMEL DREAM PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 1-2 scoops of M’lis Vanilla MRP
• 1 teaspoon sugar-free caramel coffee creamer
• 1 teaspoon M’lis Sweet (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
• 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk • Several ice cubes
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . • Makes 1 serving.
