INGREDIENTS
• 6 ounces water
• 4 ice cubes
• 2 scoops M’lis Orange MRP
DIRECTIONS:
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
• Zest from one orange
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ORANGE CREAMSICLE PROTEIN SHAKE
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . • Makes 1 serving.
PIÑA COLADA PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 2 scoops M’lis Vanilla MRP
• 2 ounces light coconut milk
• 4 ounces no-sugar-added pineapple juice
DIRECTIONS:
• 2 ounces water (more for a thinner shake)
• 1 cup frozen pineapple
• 5 drops all-natural coconut flavoring
• Blend on high until smooth and creamy. • Makes 1 serving.
