MOCHACCINO PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 1 scoop M’lis Mocha MRP
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk
• 1/2 cup brewed coffee (chilled)
DIRECTIONS:
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 1 tablespoon raw cacao
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . • Makes 1 serving.
BLUEBERRY BANANA GINGER SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 scoop M’lis Vanilla MRP
• 1/2 frozen banana
DIRECTIONS:
• 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly minced ginger • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . • Makes 1 serving.
