EGGNOG PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 2 scoops M’lis Vanilla MRP
• 1/4 cup coconut milk
• 3⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS:
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon • 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. • Makes 1 serving.
